We are looking for a (junior) project manager who is enthusiastic about applying their knowledge and skills in the world of horticulture. Since the work involves on-site client locations, we are seeking a social and customer-friendly colleague.

- Is open to pursuing additional training and education.
What You Will Do: As a project manager, you will ensure the proper preparation, execution, and completion of innovative and high-tech installation projects in horticulture. Under your leadership, the work will run smoothly, and costs and benefits will remain balanced. In addition to overseeing the work, you will also bring out the best in your team. Your goal is to deliver projects that are of high quality and of which you, your team, and the client can be proud.
What You Need: To fit into the team at Cogas Climate Control, you need a healthy dose of enthusiasm. We are excited about our work and are looking for team members who share that enthusiasm. Additionally, the following points are helpful:
- Technical knowledge of HVAC / Electrical systems;
- Proficiency in Dutch and the ability to communicate effectively in German;
- Affinity with horticulture;
- Ability to interact with a diverse range of people, easily adapting and communicating with both installation technicians and clients.
